Blackest Crow: The Covid-19 pandemic has challenged and saddened us, while also illuminating bitter divisions and stirring shadows of loss. I found myself coping by searching for beauty, and Rhiannon Giddens's version of this song (she calls it Black as Crow) touched me sincerely. I also learned from Tommy Jarrell's version.
